Sheer

The sheer cabinet is handcrafted by Lasse Kinnunen from camphor laurel, demonstrating his philosophy of value adding to local timber resources. With the wavelike door faces he communicated craftsmanship and the beauty of the timber, and his choice of Queensland blackwood for the legs is to complement the rich colours of the camphor laurel.  

Each cabinet made by Lasse is unique and designed around the characteristics of the indivudual piece of timber. They feature a unique set of stainless steel hinges and handles custom made by Lasse.

Origins collection: For this evolving collection Lasse designs and hand crafts timber furniture in which he reveals the material and communicates craftsmanship. His intent is to make local furniture craft visible and promote it as an alternative to homogenous design. While aesthetically unique, each item is manufactured by Lasse to a high commercial standard making them suitable for residential and commercial projects.
