Session 2: Saturday 28th July 2018, 9am - 4pm
Cost: $225 per session or $440 for both.
At: 65 West Burleigh Road, Burleigh Heads Qld 4220

Included: Instruction by Nora Kinnunen (Deka Design) and Bec Barnett (Relative Creative). Consumables included. We will provide coffee, tea and biscuits for morning tea. Students to bring their own lunch, and a notepad, pencil and/or a camera for notetaking.

Not included: Materials such as foams, wadding, webbing, fabric etc are not included in the course fee as these vary according to the furniture piece. These can all be purchased from us during the session. As an indicative cost, the materials for a timber framed upholstered dining chair may be between $20 and $30, plus fabric cost.

Depending on the size and complexity of your piece you may not complete it in one session, we will ensure that you walk away knowing what you need to do next to complete your piece.

These sessions are for small furniture pieces with fixed upholstery or timber furniture. Fixed upholstery means that the fabric is not sewn in, rather it is upholstered to the frame. Examples include small footstools and timber dining chairs with drop-in seats. Send us an image of your piece so we can approve its suitability. No machine sewing.

Booking needs to be paid in full to secure your place. Places are limited.
